I quite like Pete Doherty. He’s the lead singer from The Libertines and Babyshambles though you may better know him as the boyfriend of Kate Moss.
The cool thing about him, apart from his Books of Albion, is that his sound is very similar to that of The Clash which is probably partially due to Mick Jones producing all of his albums.

Vasilis Lolos is an artist I have admired for a few years. His drawing style is similar to that of Paul Pope and Mike Mignola (especially his earlier work). What I like most is his use of colours that you wouldn’t see in ‘typical’ comics.
He has a blog which is great as it’s full of sketches, and he also has an account on deviantART which has some amazing work on it also.
